Dr. G. Wesley Welborn is the Senior Pastor of Chapelwood United Methodist Church. He came to Chapelwood in June of 2006. Prior to coming to Lake Jackson, he served churches in Brenham, Center, Van, Baytown, Bryan, Beckville Circuit, Colfax Circuit, Texas City and Smith Chapel circuit.  Wesley had his first preaching appointment in 1972 and has been a conference member since 1977.

Rev. Bonnie Osteen is the associate pastor of Chapelwood United Methodist Church. She came to Chapelwood in January of 2009.  Bonnie has served as pastor in churches in Hempstead, Navasota, Texas City, and North Houston.

Rhonda Taylor is married to John and they have 2 children, John Weldon and Brooke.  Rhonda Taylor is married to John and they have 2 children, John Weldon and Brooke.

Tammy started out working for the preschool in 1999.  She had the Tots and Turning Three class.  She was given the assistant director job in 2001.  Tammy loves her job.  She loves working with the children/parents and her teachers.  She also is a Stephen Minister and loves giving back to her church.

Faith Ross has worked as a preschool teacher at Chapelwood Preschool  Ministries since 2004.  She took the job as Assistant Director in August of 2009.  Faith loves working with children and interacting with the parents and teachers.

Ginger Mitchamore is one of the few natives of Clute left over 50 that still lives here in the area (Richwood). Married a long, long time to Terry, they have 2 boys, Jesse and Vincent and the light of their lives, granddaughter Adrianna. Ginger has worked in the financial field all of her adult life, retiring from The First State Bank in Clute after 30 years.

Sandra has been Nursery Coordinator since her children were young and they are all grown now.  She has a love for children and their parents.

David has been teaching music in public schools for 21 years. He has been music director at Chapelwood for 15 years. He and his wife Sharon are the lucky parents of 5 year old Graydon.

Glenda Ransom is the organist/pianist of Chapelwood United Methodist Church. Her family came to Chapelwood for the second time in her adult life in June of 2000. The first time was from 1966-1973. The reason Gayle and Glenda became Methodists was because Faulk Landrum visited and invited. Gayle was Baptist and Glenda, Presbyterian. Now, for 43 years, happy Methodists.
