SERVE

Service forms disciples who are sensitive to the spiritual, emotional and physical needs of others and who step out of their comfort zone to meet them.  Service encourages us to put the needs of the community ahead of our own.

The Food Basket (Interfaith Foodbank)

The Food Basket was founded in 2002 to meet the growing demand among families for supplemental food in the communities of Richwood, Clute and Lake Jackson.
We strive to make a positive difference in the lives of our neighbors whom we joyfully serve, bringing health and happiness through the efforts of our community of caring volunteers.

The Food Basket is open Tuesday & Saturday from 8-10am to serve individuals and families. Donations can be accepted during this time as well or at other times by appointment. For more information about the Food Basket, volunteer opportunities and more, visit their website at www.interfaithfoodbank.com.
